15 members gets baptized, and welcomed by the CTTP-Santicon Chapter

Date: 09-29-21

Fifteen new members were officially welcomed to the family of God by Christ to the Philippines Inc. Santicon Chapter (CTTP-Santicon) last July 30, 2021, on their water baptism activity conducted at Teodoro Residence, Palo, Bato, Camarines Sur.

This is a memorable event as it is an act of faith and obedience for every believer. Water baptism symbolizes the believer’s total trust in and total reliance on the Lord Jesus Christ, as well as a commitment to live obediently to Him. It is a symbolic representation of Christ’s burial, death and resurrection. Of the fifteen members who decided to be baptized, nine (9) are junior youths, four (4) are youths and two (2) are adults. The two adults are new to the faith while the rest have been attending church service already.

"Masaya ako kasi maraming nag-desisyon na magpa-bautismo", Bro. Mike Ebias, one of the church's youths, answered when asked what he feels about the activity.

The gloomy weather and relatively strong waves that day did not stop the activity from pushing through. The will of God and the strong willingness of the new members to be baptized still prevailed.

Pastor Edwin Mendez officiated the baptism. The whole activity was organized by the CTTP-Santicon board headed by Bro. Cenon I. Berces.
