The Christ to the Philippines - Ilocano District (CTTP-ID) conducted election of officers on June 11, 2021 at CTTP Paddaoan Church, Paddaoan, Conner, Apayao. The said election is due to the resignation of Pastora Vida Adela who is the Director of the Ilocano District. In her resignation, Pastora Vida stated that she needs to focus on her ministry at CTTP Claveria wherein she is the Senior Pastor and also due to the distance of Claveria to Apayao which needs at least 5 hours of travel and that is very much risky to her due to her current health condition.

During the election, Pastor Edwin Castillo suggested to the council that it's time for the young generations to take over some of the positions.  The elder member councils are currently having difficulties in fulfilling their roles as district officers especially when it comes to paper works and other kinds of reports which the CTTP national is requiring. In addition to that, they are also having a hard time adapting to the move of the CTTP to digitize communications, reports and meetings. With these new demands, the young generations are fit to be appointed to the new set of officers.

In her message, the newly elected Director of CTTP - Ilocano District, Pastora Rose Lyne P. Banggay, said that they can’t do all the roles and functions expected of them on their own but through the help, the knowledge and wisdom that comes from the Lord, they can do all things. She also said that all will work together as one body of Christ for His glory alone. #CTTPID
